Lewis F.
Mann, Jr. is originally from Decatur, Georgia. With interests spanning
business development and finance, Mr. Mann has over 20 years of experience
leading organizations and change initiatives that center upon reducing
costs and dramatically enhancing profits. He earned a BBA in Accounting
Cum Laude at the University of Georgia, and went on to earn an MBA
Cum Laude with a specialty in Finance, at the Georgia State University
in Atlanta.

In 1981, Mr. Mann passed the CPA exam and was promoted
at Delta Airlines, where he worked while earning his undergraduate
and graduate degrees, into the company’s Internal Audit function.
Deloitte, Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte and Touche) recruited
Mr. Mann from Delta in 1984. At Deloitte, Mr. Mann’s role spanned
the entire Audit function. He was the first Deloitte non-Manager toclose
a major audit engagement in the Southeastern United States.

During the late 1980s, Mr. Mann founded, Meadows, Mann
& Associates, and led the firm to growth from a small, local consulting
organization that specialized in the financial and insurance sectors
into a $5 million regional company serving more than 1,000 clients.
In 2002, he and his partners divested the insurance brokerage segment
of the firm, and, envisioning significant needs in the outsourcing
sector, Mr. Mann invested in exclusive licensing arrangements with
Advantec Solutions and The America Group, both national providers
of outsourcing management for the human resources function.

Specifically addressing compliance, risk management,
Fortune 500 benefits and best practices, Mr. Mann’s new firm,
Lewis F. Mann Associates, assists business owners by eliminating a
major cost – that of funding an internal, bureaucratic HR infrastructure
– and providing a complete outsourcing solution. This allows
client business owners the ability to focus on revenue generation
and profit enhancement, instead of wasted capital on bureaucratic
structures.

An enthusiastic golfer, Mr. Mann lives with his family
in Decatur,Georgia.
